@Hertz I have just endured the worst fiasco of a srvc call w/1 of ur reps. During initial reservatn, another rep lied re: usage of points. 2day, a 2nd rep lied whn trying to fix issue. You've acquired over $500 thru falsehoods. Wld appreciate Mgr recourse asap. Gold plus member.
