Just can't get my head around this argument that "United's solution is not a world-class manager because they've tried it before".
Well, not quite. They tried Van Gaal in 2014 and Mourinho in 2016, after the autumn 2015 collapse at Chelsea.
"He cleared Mourinho's mess and left us in a better position".
So Mourinho at his worst was losing 3-1 to Liverpool at Anfield.
Ole, who has apparently improved the team, has us down 4-0 at half time to Liverpool at OLD TRAFFORD.
FOH.
Don't get it twisted. We still hear about the 'toxic mess' that Mourinho left because he upset some players.
The next manager after OGS, whoever that is, has got a much bigger mess to sort out. A huge one. Almost all these players haven't been coached properly for 3 years.
