@DistroKid Even if you don't pay for streams spotify now apparently fines you! I just received a fine of 10 dollars for streams on a single song, on a single day not found on any playlist. This is not fare practice from @SpotifyUK

Are you aware that @spotify imposes fines on the very #artists who supply their content without any way for artists to question it? Apparently for fake streams on #playlists that artists like myself are unaware of. A #worrying and #depressing state of affairs for artists.
