@GregTRM @SouthwestAir Have flown twice under the new process and everything is now fine IMO on the plane, but the boarding process is worse. Especially with group lineups at the gate where there is no order and people coming from all over. Go back to some kind of boarding order within the groups.

@SouthwestAir @wcodyanderson I was on a flight Sunday where there were about 50 folks in group 1, zero in group 2, maybe 10 in group 3, 25 in group 4. Here I am in group 5 as a 20 year A list and Companion Pass holder. Was able to put my carry on over my seat so wasn't too bad. So prefer open seating..
