FSG took over Liverpool FC in October 2010. That’s fifteen years ago. During this time, LFC have upgraded Anfield, built a new state-of-the-art training facility, and invested relatively conservatively in new players - until now. your time may come, too. But It took FSG 15 years
@jeffsmiles9@liverpxxl9 Then that’s on the owners, I’m sure they’ve had this discussion before he joined, hopefully they give him the time and the windows to allow the development. Klopp was given it.
@suaveman7 My god you spout some rubbish…. We’ve not even played a competitive game under him yet. Have a day off with all the negativity, you’re exactly what’s wrong with social media “fans”
@suaveman7 Don’t be silly!! We will always be one of the favourites anyway. Don’t bring in a manager because of his style of football and say that’s what we want our team to do and then tell him he needs to change it to suit us… we should give him everything he needs to do what he wants
@88almonds@brianlfc0210 100% Gravenberchbis a much better number 8 than Szobo. Carries the ball better, turns out from the back line much better… drives with it much better. His only downside is defensive work off the ball. Szobo is just as bad at that too
@TimesSport People saying he should adapt…. Why? He was bought in because of his style of football, why bring him in and then tell him he has to adapt. Get him the players he wants/needs. If they want his style of football then the owners need to adapt to his needs.
