That Dynamite main was fucking wild! They took a match that everyone thought as an obvious Ospreay win and they made it super exciting and got the audience on their feet and invested. Kudos. 🫡
@IANdrewDiceClay There’s a lot of directions you could take. Personally I wouldn’t be mad if they did a taped Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match. Or you could go Trios and add Hanger too
Really speaks to the quality of bad guy MJF is when he goes up against another heel and that heel is getting babyface reactions. He really is the absolute best.
Just put on Dynamite… if you like wrestling, how can’t you love this shit? Super hot start with a world title match, another major title match, a surprise women’s match (I know the surprise btw) and a grudge clash… honestly, if this were the other place they’d call it a PLE!
@AEWPRTeam@FindXSnowflakes I think it’s unfair to just list anyone who came from WWE in the past, many of those absolutely showed up to work and not ride of their WWE runs in the past. Like Christian for example, would have been super easy for him to have a nostalgia run, but he hasn’t, he’s reinvented.
@Sicee420 I do wonder though, would they keep Mania for a big payday and give them some other shit show, coz it won’t matter at the end of the day coz being there will be the thing, not the name of the show
WWE President Nick Khan is now claiming that The Rock’s WrestleMania 40 role was always planned to be the tag match, and they never planned The Rock vs. Roman Reigns for the show.

Don’t the Saudi’s refer to VKM as “father” because he brought the show to them despite what happened with Khashoggi? Also, people gloss over the fact that Cena pulled out of the first show, despite glossing the Saudi regime nowadays.
In an excerpt from his book, former WWE Co-President George Barrios explained why WWE still did the Saudi Arabia deal after Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi's murder in October 2018.
“Our negotiations dragged on because the Saudis are notorious hagglers. By 2018, despite having made great progress, we were struggling to get the deal over the finish line. Complicating matters was the disappearance of Saudi journalist and dissident Jamal Khashoggi. As outraged as I was by what happened, I still defy anyone to argue they understand who was truly at fault. All I know is that on our end, Khashoggi’s disappearance called into question our deal with the Saudis. Vince (McMahon), Michelle (Wilson), and I spent a great deal of time debating the pros and cons of moving forward. Vince in particular was deeply uncomfortable with the uncertainty surrounding the events. In my opinion, we couldn’t walk out on the deal. It was too worthwhile for WWE. But Vince kept shaking his head. "This thing with Khashoggi. Doing the deal could be the biggest risk we’ve ever taken with the company," Vince, listen to me’, I said. ‘I understand how serious this is. But no one really knows what’s going on.'”

@IANdrewDiceClay Haha. They really are so cold rn. Such a shame because there’s absolutely room for a viable 3rd, 4th and 5th promotions for talent, but just a shame they’re so mismanaged.
