I have come to understand that in order to make a LOT of money and live your dream life, you have to follow the pain and take the kind of risk that, if it fails, your life will be fucked up for the next 3–6 months.

If you try to play it safe, do the easy and less mentally stressful things, or have Plan A, B & C, you will never put enough effort into making Plan A work.

And you’ll never buy that dream car, live that dream life, or go on those dream vacations.

In the Bible, Luke 17:33 says:

"Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it."
