Spoke to our normal @Hermesparcels driver this morning who is lovely. Turns out a courier driver just marked my parcel as delivered and this poor mans had to go to his house and pick up all these orders for him to then post and then do his own. Ridiculous. Some drivers are 😡😡

@Hermesparcels where is my parcel please? I’m waiting on 3 currently from you, 1 of which you’ve marked as delivered but I haven’t had it. Are your drivers doing this to save time or taking them to their own?? Utterly poor service - can’t speak to anyone either 😡😡😡😡
