Great demo of a great bit of kit from Mark @rexlabsio
I like scheduled contact but the ability to delay uploads to specific portals mean agents can train applicants to view their website first
"Your home will go on the portals once we've marketed to our qualified applicants"😎
Today I’ve had an editorial piece published in Estate Agent Today. It’s focused on the ‘Silver Lining’ for the property market in the current situation and how agents can use tech to amplify what they do, rather than to replace it.

In the UK, only 12% of property owners will sell their property using the same agent as they bought it from....It's 56%. in Australia.

I've been speaking with a lot of agents this morning and there is a real contrasting view about reopening their offices and carrying out physical viewings. Is the economy being put before safety, with a reported £82bn in sales currently on hold? That's a whole lot of SDLT...
@HomesearchHQ I totally agree with you, Sam. Good database management and tailoring the buyer experience to each individual will be critical - great service now will mean down the line, those buyers become your vendors.
Pre-lockdown the average person was online almost 6hrs a day! That's a huge amount of time that you are able to get your branding in front of a potential buyer or potential vendor using digital advertising. I wonder what the average is during lockdown?!
