Well, last week was the end of one chapter, and the beginning of the next. After over 29 years I had my last farewell dinner in the Army. This week started the next chapter with an amazing team. I could not it without my battle buddy!

No matter your organization it is always important to recognize excellence. As I cross the 29 year mark in service and wind down, moments like these are precious. Today I got to be part of awarding our newest Expert Infantrymen, Expert Soldiers, and Expert Medics. Humbled!
