@British_Airways I am going to submit a claim to the CAA and small claims court. Am I legally entitled to a refund and compensation within 7 days. You are completely in breach of this and leaving the claim date open ended is ridiculous . I will also be claiming for all of my solicitors legal fees

@HiltonHotels diamond member for last 5 years. Very poor service @HiltonGatwick today. Been trying to check in since 11am . Nothing working (digital check in etc)- nothing open (no bar etc)- no staff and huge queues to get to my room at midnight-1am tonight. Really bad
