@flipkartsupport Flipkart scheduled a return pickup today—then put it “on hold” within 30 minutes.
This is after multiple return requests, proof of a fake product, and months of delay.
Is this a resolution or a runaround?

@flipkartsupport First Flipkart refused pickup due to a scratch. Today, 2nd executive took phone, then returned it saying, it has a scratch.
This is not customer service.its a joke.
product was fake from day 1 & Flipkart delayed resolution for 5 mnths. Any wear is a direct result if ur inaction
@flipkartsupport Today ur executive came to pick up. On checking. It passed everything but then ur system was asking "ask user for passport pattern, is yes pass or fail" . On this, executive said that I m unable to understand, give me ur phone, our seniors will check anyways
@flipkartsupport Flipkart delayed action for nearly 5 mnths. Now that ur finally offering a return, ur delivery executive is pointing to minor scratch..caused during the delay..as a reason to deny it?

I’ve shared clear proof that the product is fake, and Flipkart has yet to publicly acknowledge or offer a return/replacement.
I will not accept vague replies or private deflections.

@flipkartsupport Flipkart keeps replying ‘we’ve responded privately’—but in DMs, they refuse to acknowledge the fake product or the proof I shared. Just a copy-paste ‘can’t return’ message @YourStoryCo@fayedsouza I’m not asking for a refund—I’m asking for accountability.
