@AmazonHelp Order from last Thursday through UPS. Address had to be updated which was done on Friday. Said it was resolved. Amazon is still providing UPS the wrong address. So today got notification that they can’t deliver it
@AmazonHelp exact same issue again. Was told issue was resolved on all my orders and now I get an email from you today saying that they won’t deliver to me. I’ve had eight different amazon employees tell me this is fixed and no one has tried to even do anything for the trouble
@AmazonHelp Ok, I did. Six hours just seemed excessive to wait to get this resolved since the manager that was supposed to call me yesterday before I even tweeted never did as I was promised. This is getting exhausting
@AmazonHelp I’ve been having the worst time dealing with my issues over the past 3 days. 3 calls all confirming the issue was fixed over multiple days. I’ve called in today to ask to speak to a manager. 40 minutes still no help. No one seems to care. #beyondfrustrated
@AmazonHelp I want to make sure that all future orders don’t get messed up and that someone there makes sure that they understand how to use the Amazon HUB that’s in the building
@AmazonHelp It says I’m a new customer in the system so they keep saying that to me. I’ve only had to sign up on my own because I’ve gone through a break up, I’ve never had an issue with my amazon orders over the past nine years and now that I’m new this is what it’s like?
@AmazonHelp So it took 20 minutes for him to consider it. He then put me on hold for another 20 minutes and said no one was available and they will try and call me back
@AmazonHelp So today I called and asked to talk to a manager. The first guy was nice and said at Amazon they respect the chain of command so I need to talk to a supervisor first. The supervisor didn’t want to transfer me to a manager after I told him what I’m upset about
@AmazonHelp Then on Saturday I got multiple emails about failed delivery attempts so I called again and the lady was nice who they transferred me too on amazon logistics. Said I wouldn’t have any issues. Now I see that my order today was delayed because of address issues
@AmazonHelp Then I called in to make sure that my address was updated. The guy was really nice called UPS and fixed it, called USPS to update, and said he fixed amazon logistics which turned out to be untrue
@AmazonHelp The building and lectured me. I had already signed up for amazon hub though and thought it would be delivered to that. That’s when he lectured me
@AmazonHelp The first part is on me. I thought when submitting your address it would standardize to USPS records, but it did not. I had one wrong letter which made it an address that doesn’t exist. My first order delivered on Friday the driver called me about ten until someone let him in
