@BarkerLeadershp Why VAT on private schools, but not on pre school nursery or on university education? The difference is choice; because people choose to pay for their children’s education, the left get apoplectic; “how dare they” and “who do they think they are”.

@annaturley The “rest of you” aren’t paying for them to have a tax break. Those parents are effectively paying twice. They pay for their children to go to private school and then pay again through their taxes for state education. The reality is they are subsidising everyone else.
