@TracesofTexas @txmusicoffice That photo was taken at Steve Paul's club, The Scene, in NYC. Tommy Shannon was playing bass when Jimi came up on stage, tapped him on the shoulder and asked if he could borrow it. Tommy gave him his '63 Fender Jazz right in the middle of the song!
