@karenfinerman you’re the best !! But 😊 yes the 10 year went up to 4.03% but that’s still relatively nicely on the recent low side .. it was 3.97% last week.. but the question is “why” is it expectations of lower inflation OR a flight to safety? However it’s still kinda low
