Had a serious electrical fault they failed to deal with or let me know was out putting the tenants at risk. Then they had the balls to turn it on me

@Niki_Lancaster @CountrywideUK I feel your pain Niki. They manage some of my priorities and they are horrendous. Quick to take the money but not deal with issues. Most worrying is the shocking attitude to electrical compliance. Avoid at all costs anyone reading this.

If you’re thinking of letting @CountrywideUK manage your properties then think again - avoid at all costs. You have a choice - don’t choose these. They put tenants at serious risk with compliance and are arrogant when you challenge the poor service.
