We are fighting human nature. We take flawed and sadly immoral humans drawn to the flame of political power, set the rules for them to maximize the benefits to themselves, and then reward them for being the worst they can be...and then hold them in absolute contempt in poles of trustworthiness...and then reelect them at a rate of 90+%. The fault dear Americans is not in our politicians...but in ourselves...and the structure of our political system. Don't misunderstand me, ours is the best conceived by man. However the Founders stated openly that a system such as they created can only work when operated by moral men. This is why Franklin remarked that we had a Republic...if you can keep it. WE NEED THE CONVENTION OF STATES GIVEN TO US BY THE FOUNDERS IN ARTICLE V! It allows us to modify the rules of the game to correct for the errors of human nature...amend immoral humans.

Local police SPECIFICALLY CONFIRMED the attack was targeted at Aaron Marin.
