Had a good explosive plyo workout w/@MarksTae on Friday. First time using the 36” box for box jumps but still felt pretty good.
3x8- 85lb dumbbell bench
3x10- 135 barbell row w/ pause
3x10- med ball chest throws
3x10x2- single arm barbell throws
3x6- each box jump variation
3x8- wall ball throws
