CRDO has announced that it will acquire DustPhotonics for $750 million in cash plus approximately 920,000 ordinary shares. DustPhotonics, founded in 2017, is a leading Israeli silicon photonics technology company specialising in high-speed optical interconnect solutions for next-generation data centres, artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing.
This year OFC sent a strong signal: the explosive growth in demand for AI computing power is forcing data centres to completely overhaul their optical network architectures.
$AAOI optimistic earnings forecast: based on the company’s assumptions regarding quarterly unit production capacity and average selling price (ASP), this plan implies quarterly revenue of approximately US$1.4 billion by the fourth quarter of 2026; by the second quarter of 2027, quarterly revenue will be approximately US$1.5 billion; and by the fourth quarter of 2027, quarterly revenue will exceed US$2.1 billion, driven primarily by the 800G, 1.6T and ELSFP product lines.

$ORCL AI infrastructure revenue surged by 243%, decoupling capital expenditure on AI infrastructure expansion from its own cash flow consumption, thereby alleviating market concerns over its debt. Last week's pre-market share of $ORCU rose by 20%. Today I shall share this week's trading direction; please stay tuned for my updates.
The hottest topic recently is #OpenClaw. OpenClaw data has been soaring at an almost vertical rate, surpassing many large-scale infrastructure projects that have been continuously updated for more than ten years, such as Linux and React, in just the first two months of this year.
$NVDA has also announced plans to enter the fray, with intentions to launch an open-source platform for AI agents. Dubbed NemoClaw, this platform will enable companies to deploy AI agents to perform tasks on behalf of their employees.

Currently in the bottoming phase, a rebound is possible if the price can stabilize above $87.20. A break above $90.82 accompanied by increased trading volume could lead to even higher prices.

Nuclear power company $OKLO and uranium enrichment and nuclear fuel services provider $LEU have announced plans to establish a joint venture to advance nuclear fuel services operations in the US state of Ohio.
$MSFT The market is concerned that Microsoft's over-reliance on OpenAI orders could lead to significant concentration risk. As OpenAI's largest investor and partner, Microsoft's AI narrative is deeply intertwined with OpenAI's, which is also part of the "AI cyclical investment" that the market worries about.
It's worth noting that as OpenAI officially transitioned from a non-profit organization to a public interest corporation, Microsoft's accounting methods have also undergone significant changes.
If you are observing the market, you can choose a strong support level (such as around $375) as the strike price. If the stock price is above this level at that time, you can pocket the entire option premium; if the price is below this level, you will be assigned to buy Microsoft stock at the strike price.

Yesterday Nvidia earnings call revealed a key development: artificial intelligence chip computing will be deployed in space. Whilst energy supply poses no issue for space computing, the primary challenge lies in cooling, necessitating the use of RDW+ cooling systems.
$DGNX is straight-up drilling to the core. 📉☢️ Down another -5% today to $1.28 with zero floor in sight. That "-2 SELL" signal from the system was the final warning before the lights went out.
Trend is hard BEARISH—don’t be exit liquidity for the big boys. If you're still holding this, you need a serious exit strategy.
$PLTR The market has entered a bottoming phase, rebounding from key support levels. I am very optimistic about the subsequent recovery.
Furthermore, almost all indicators are derivatives of price and volume, and all have a certain degree of lag.
Therefore, we should pay close attention to changes in price and volume.

The blue arrow indicates a buy signal, and the yellow arrow indicates a take-profit signal. Looking back, the initial decision wasn't very good. Even if I had been lucky enough to sell at the peak, it would have been a poor choice for the system's long-term profitability. The relatively correct approach I can think of right now is to hold onto stocks that are above the 10-day moving average.
