Guys, why do you think Martin is the likely choice when the public opinion is clearly against this move. A poor start will have the crowd against him from the beginning of things don't start off positively.

Please take care when dealing with Amazon. They don't keep their word and don't follow through on EMAILED promises received from customer service. I have been inconvenienced for months and they won't supply details of escalation to challenge.
@AmazonHelp today confirms why i have believed that Amazon don't care about their individual customers and Lie to get you away from customer service. After months of wasted time, and hassle, I was made promises which was confirmed by email. Amazon now refuse to honour. Shocking
@AmazonHelp due to upgrading phone and password reset request. I've been locked out of account since Nov 24. Explained to many staff for>14hrs and still unable to access account,SPEND, watch prime, use speaker. Do you actually care about customers or want business??
@AmazonHelp I can't continue to work with them as they don't get back to me, despite promising to do so. 3 times I've gone through 60/70 min calls repeating the same story, same process and password still not reset. Terrible customer service. I have returns to make and must be close to date
