A few years ago a South Asian family t-boned my wife at a two-way stop where they drove through the stop sign.

Her car was mangled, someone had to help her escape from the trunk.

It was 100% their fault and they almost killed her.

The Constable apologized to my wife and said she doesn't understand what's going on because they should be charged with reckless driving but the sergeant for some reason doesn't want to.

So they had a small ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign after blowing through it 30 km above the limit.

But wait it gets better....

Then they tried to sue her.

There was no concern for the person they almost killed, there was no apologies, but they didn't even blink an eye with 1 ounce of sympathy.

They just brought her closer to death than she's ever been and then tried to sue her for it.

I think about this every time I see another person killed on the highway with imported drivers who don't know or care about what they're doing.

The Rule of Law no longer exists in Commonwealth Nations. Your police leadership conspired with other officials Provincially and Federally including Justice and civil service to do so. ATIP and FOI documents revealed the scope of involvement, harm and death. False reporting of Safety and Effectiveness while failing to notify the public constitutes Criminal Negligence and Obstruction of Justice. We cannot allow misguided, immoral criminals to remain in positions that oversee the health, safety and security of others.
Demand the Rule of Law be upheld with a citizen led Inquiry and Criminal prosecution of those involved.
