Because I watch latvians quite a lot - here is my scouting report on Murnieks. This guy is energy beast. He never stops forcheking, has very good defensive awarness - can play shortheanded pretty well. He is not high skill guy but he never stops his feet and you can be sure he will finish every hit that makes sense. If his progress will go as I expect, this guy will be a bottom six center that everyone will love. Perfect pick for the Sabres. In Murnieks we trust!
