The second race of the weekend saw Markus Pommer at the wheel for the start. The German, reinegin champion of the series, went into full attack mode, immediately gaining one position while battling for second place with David Schumacher first, and Felipe Laser later. He handed
the car to Catalano in third position, with the young German able to fight back, overtaking his opponents for the second-place finish with only a few seconds to go. He crossed the finish line second, but just like in race 1,
The two qualifying rounds saw both Catalano and Pommer obtain fourth place on the grid, a spot that made it easier to attack during the two races. As soon as race 1 started, Catalano was able to snatch third place, which he fought for the whole duration of his stint. The battle
was then continued by Pommer, joining the race in the fourth spot who tried his best to collect the third place on track but ultimately crossed the finish line fourth. With the winners being one of the guest entries of the weekend, they didnโt collect the championship points, so
the work to accomplish was even more challenging than usual, but the result paid off with a second place in the standings and only nine points to make up for the win.

Successful round at the Nรผrburgring for Markus Pommer. The penultimate round of the Prototype Cup Germany went underway at the Nรผrburgring, one of the most iconic tracks of the calendar, and saw Markus Pommer and Valentino Catalano bring home the victory in race 2. The pair,
determined to collect as many points as possible in order to close the gap before the last race weekend of the season, managed to stay out of trouble and even snatched the victory on Sunday afternoon. With a far more busy track, as there were a lot of guest entries at the Ring,
opponent, securing the second podium of the day. The Prototype Cup Germany will be back on track in just a few days, at the Nurburgring. This round proved once again to be highly competitive, and Pommer and Catalano will now have two more weekends to try and snatch the 1st place
Markus Pommer secures pole position and podium finishes on home turf at the Hockenheimring
Arriving in Hockenheim second in the championship standings, Markus Pommer knew he had to battle hard on his home soil to collect as many points as possible.
Pommer started from the pole position and managed to maintain the lead up until the pit stop, despite the red flag canceled the runway managed by the local hero for the handicap strategy. Catalano got back on track fourth and managed to finish third thanks to a penalty to another
