Schneps reporters do crucial work covering our neighborhoods and holding power to account.
Many of the journalists who document the challenges New Yorkers face are struggling to afford life here themselves.
I am proud to stand in solidarity with the unionized Schneps reporters as they organize for a livable wage, affordable health care, and the dignity every worker deserves.
Thank you @MarkuuSan Mark Hallum and @commobserver Commercial Observer for quoting myself and @HoyaCapital Hoya Capital in your article titled "Where #REITs Stand in 2026"
It's an exciting time to be focused on the world of REITs that's for sure and we are here to keep you informed every single day.

Kathy Wylde on Mamdani’s meeting with business leaders: she said the crowd was guarded. “But most recognized that he’s a smart young man and a good communicator and the proof will be in the pudding.” https://t.co/IsYiGPIjQH
I really miss the days (not very long ago) when taxi drivers didn’t need GPS. You could tell the old guys any cross streets and they would nod and head the right direction.
The Kurds are the last hope of Christian minorities in Aleppo, #Syria.
If the Christians fall into the hands of Turkey/al Qaeda, it’ll be ISIS all over again.
They’ll be forced to convert, their churches will either be destroyed or turned into mosques, and they’ll be killed or will have to flee and leave their historical lands.
That’s the reality. Rather than strengthen the Kurdish position, Washington tankies are cheering on al Qaeda/Turkey. Their reasoning? They hate to see the Kurds successful and to “weaken” Assad/Iran. If Assad is completely gone in Aleppo (which looks like it is for now and Iran is weakened) that means your only alternative are the Kurds not al Qaeda/Turkey. Siding with the latter will lead to the persecution of the Christians.
Here’s your Turkish backed al Qaeda “Syrian rebels” toppling a Christmas tree in Aleppo.
