@RE_MarketWatch Having direct experience with abuse/homelessness, this act is worthwhile. PPL w drugs/alcohol issues in 80% of the cases are NOT capable of understanding many aspects of their actions. This is a compassionate bill. I have watched PPL die because they refused treatment

@ShaziGoalie Legal requirements 24 hours for showings. If anything the more showings you legally do, the more the tenants ( who dont pay !!) gets irritated and will either move out or pay past due...You have LEGAL right to 24 hour notice..LTB is a mess we have to fix this.

@RE_MarketWatch Everybody needs to look at it strictly by the numbers. Sorry not going to complain about how expensive it is. Assume 200k down...assume mortgage paydown is approx 12k or 5% of down a year. Thats 50k in 5 years off debt.What would you pay in rent in 5 years? assume NO appreciation
