Could not be more disappointed in the customer service of @UPS. You cannot speak to anyone when you call and they claim a package was 'attempted' when it wasn't. No accountability.

Hey @Apple you should think about @FedEx or the @USPS to deliver your packages. @UPS has let us down multiple days in a row with NO customer support that isn’t virtual. #iPhone13

Ordered a new @Apple iPhone. It was supposed to arrive on Friday, then pushed to today because of @UPS. Now Monday past 7pm and @ups customer service is non existent. What happened to the days of being able to talk to someone? Shame on UPS.

Amazing how we just spoke to the worst @AmericanAir customer service rep ever. After 20+ years of being an @AmericanAir flyer, American sends me a cancellation email and then claims they never sent it. Unacceptable!
