There was once a (short) time when I looked up to people with a PhD, two or three masters or even a nice piece of paper. After several decades I have learned that craftsmen, farmers, common sense people are the smartest people.
Not those who absorb indoctrination to a T.
Exactly what I’ve suspected for years, witnessing how 3 of my besties perished, whilst clinging on to the “expertise” of their oncologists and the false hope they gave them.
Which is exactly the reason why I chose to stick with the holistic approach to life that I’ve followed most of my adult life (thank you Mom! 🕊️) when confronted my post-menopausal self last year being diagnosed with Stage 2 HER-, hormone sensitive breast cancer and was strongly advised to adhere to the Dutch “standard protocol” of 2 rounds of radiotherapy, months of chemo and 10 years of HRT (!) post unilateral radical mastectomy “just in case” whilst not performing the internationally applied follow-up of CA15-13, CE8, CTC blood tests and a (photon counting) CT scan, which I was denied, being considered of “insufficient” scientific value.
Relentless, I booked an appointment online at the impeccable Pederzoli Hospital in Peschiera del Garda, Italy, one of the few clinics in the EU equipped with the novel NAEOTOM Alpha Prime CT scan performed by Dr. Camillo Aliberto and which came out CLEAR!
Thank you @sayerjigmi@greenmedinfo for this publication (and following me on IG 🤗) which I will submit to my “Mammacare”“specialist teams” at the OLVG @JointResearch and @hetAVL in Amsterdam.

Benjamin Netanyahu and ilk do not represent the Jewish people in any way.
Remember: The Jewish people are an ancient religious collective belong to many nationalities around the world.
Zionism is a nationalistic movement created in the late 1800 to combat authentic Judaism.
Our struggle will continue until Palestine is free and the Zionist state is eliminated from the Holy lands it has polluted.
In 1290 all Jews were driven out of England. In 1306 they were expelled from France. In 1430 exiled from Germany, followed by Spain and Portugal. Boycotted in Italy, and time after time tossed out of every major European city.
After the centuries of expulsions, in 1492, Muslims (The Ottoman Empire) opened their doors for the Jewish. in the late 17th and 18th centuries, as the Ottoman Empire became less stable, Jews were finally allowed back into England after 366 years of total banishment.
After 1848, hundreds of thousands of Jews left Central Europe to escape rising nationalism and "pogroms" (anti-Jewish riots).
After WWI, Britain took control of Palestine from the Ottomans. From 1917 to 1939, Muslims (Palestine) opened their doors for the Jewish as usual.
In 2026, some Western politicians lecturing us (Muslims) on how to live peacefully with Jews!
Read some history.
A series of US airstrikes have killed 175 people in Nigeria. While the US military’s AFRICOM stated that 175 “terrorists” had been eliminated over the course of three days of bombing, locals state that dozens of civilians were killed, and countless more injured. Hospitals in Borno state were overrun with emergency cases.
The Nigerian government has been at war with Islamist rebels since 2009. Nigeria is just one of seven countries the second Trump administration has bombed.
Israel operates the most well-documented network of rape dungeons on earth.
@AliAbunimah: "I want to contrast that with what the same UN Secretary General's report says about the sexual violence against Palestinians. The headline finding from his report to the security council is that the UN actually verified conflict related sexual violence including rape and torture by Israeli forces against 31 Palestinians from Gaza in the West Bank.
The victims were 14 men, 7 women, 9 boys and 1 girl. The crimes that the UN verified included and this is going to be very graphic. I warn people in advance:
Rape, rape with objects, gang rape, attempted rape, forced nudity, threats of rape, unwanted touching of breasts and genitals, genital violence, targeted shooting of the genitals, and strip and cavity searches without apparent justification.
Rape and gang rape, sometimes repeated, were verified against 9 victims, most of them from Gaza. The perpetrators identified by the UN include the Israeli army, the Israel prison service, its Keter special forces, and Yamam, the police counter terrorism unit.
These abuses took place mainly during detention and interrogation at prisons and detention sites including Etzion, Megiddo, Offer, Ramla, Hasharon, and the Gushkon police station.
The victims included journalists and human rights defenders. Some of the violations were filmed or photographed, including one rape. Men and boys were subjected to rape, attempted rape, and genital violence.
5 male victims suffered severe rectal bleeding or swelling for days or weeks, in some cases without medical treatment.
So this is what the UN's report says about the 31 cases and it stresses that these are 31 cases that it verified but that there are many many more cases, where there are strong allegations that it could not yet verify, and that is, again, largely due to obstruction by Israel because Israel refuses to allow uh UN access to its detention centers or to allow investigators into Gaza where many of those detainees were released back after lengthy detention.
And again, this is entirely consistent with other independent reporting which is all based on firsthand accounts and medical evidence such as the @EuroMedHR report I mentioned which contains utterly horrific firsthand accounts. We've written about that as well. And you find nothing analogous on the Israeli side.
Absolutely nothing analogous. you find these vague uh uh accusations, these very uh sweeping general statements, but no really specific well documented cases.
@briebriejoy: "I think that it is so important that you did what you just did...."
In the West Bank Israeli soldiers will arrest 10 year old boys, put them in handcuffs and strap black plastic bags across their eyes… force them to sit like that in the sun for hours and even wet themselves… for the crime of “…appearing to have intended to throw stones…”
How did Ukrainian nationalism become a central force in the post-Soviet era?
@KitKlarenberg traces decades of #CIA-backed operations and support for nationalist movements that helped shape the political landscape behind today’s war in #Ukraine.

❗️Israeli opinion piece: Netanyahu appeared 'deflated' in latest speech amid mounting pressure from Iran, Hezbollah and Trump
In an opinion piece for The Jerusalem Post, veteran Israeli journalist Ben Caspit wrote that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared unusually subdued during a pre-recorded statement on Monday, describing him as looking "deflated" and resembling a "kid who lost his balloon."
The contrast, Caspit argued, was striking compared to Netanyahu's years of speeches promising "absolute victory," as Israel now finds itself facing growing challenges on multiple fronts.
Caspit argued that Netanyahu may once again try to present a strategic shift as a personal achievement, but that the regional reality tells a different story. "What began as military strikes against Hamas has escalated to strikes targeting Iran," he wrote. "Israel, once able to act freely in southern Lebanon and strike Dahiye as needed, now faces the reality of Iranian threats promising ballistic retaliation for any future action in the area."
He added that Hezbollah continues launching drones and rockets, Hamas is rebuilding strength in Gaza, and US President Donald Trump is nearing an agreement with Iran that many in Israel view as a strategic defeat for Tel Aviv.
The columnist also painted a bleak picture of Israel's ability to sustain a prolonged confrontation with Tehran. "Israel is not equipped to sustain rounds against Iran," Caspit wrote. "The economy cannot absorb the strain, the public cannot endure it, and the defense establishment faces serious operational challenges." He argued that despite years of military successes, Israel is increasingly unable to impose its will on any front, while Iran has emerged from successive confrontations feeling emboldened, determined to seek revenge, and more committed than ever to pursuing strategic deterrence.
Caspit further highlighted signs of diminishing Israeli leverage, noting Trump's public remark that Netanyahu would sign any agreement he presented and that "only I decide."
He described recent Israeli strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs and Iran as limited and largely symbolic, saying the Beirut strike hit empty offices while attacks on Iran deliberately avoided sensitive infrastructure.
The columnist concluded that Netanyahu's leadership has become defined by a paradox in which claims of victory are increasingly overshadowed by mounting strategic setbacks, leaving Israel facing growing threats with few clear paths toward long-term security.
In May, the New School's Student Senate sanctioned its Hillel chapter for its ties to Israeli war crimes and violations of international law. With 850 chapters worldwide, students everywhere should join the campaign to "Drop Hillel." https://t.co/8mNlLpJXQR
“We were raped after being stripped of our clothes,” he said. “We were shouting, ‘Oh Lord, oh God’, but they were just laughing and filming us.” Al-Bakri then echoed what several rights agencies have also reported – that guards also used dogs during the sexual abuse of prisoners. “The dogs were following commands from the officers to [attack] us,” he said.
Systematic violence and human rights violations are not exceptions to Israel's apartheid regime and occupation, they are integral to it. Israel is using unbridled violence in all the territories under its control, as well as in Lebanon and Iran.
Since October 2023, this policy has escalated:
In Gaza: tens of thousands of Palestinians killed, millions forcibly displaced, entire neighborhoods and infrastructure systematically destroyed
In the West Bank: about 1,082 Palestinians killed, including 239 children and teenagers; 61 communities with at least 4,161 members forcibly displaced and another 15 partially so, with at least 454 members displaced
In Israeli prisons: thousands of Palestinians subjected to systemic torture, violence and humiliation, in inhumane conditions
Under Israel's apartheid regime, Palestinian lives are treated as expendable and millions across the Middle East are at risk.
BREAKING: Israel has just issued an evacuation order for the entirety of the biblical city of Tyre.
No more “safe zones.” No more fake ceasefire. No more good-cop-bad-cop routine between Trump and Netanyahu.
Israeli ethnic cleansing is in full effect.
