The final update after so many days is @Flipkart has not even contacted once only bots are telling me that platform fee is non refundable.
Guys just a warning message for you beware before using this platform.. They have gone to open day loot mode..They have turned into goons..

so as per the conversation the customer support didn't even paid head to the argument just gave me the predecided decision that the platform fee is non refundable.
when the order is not even processed how can the fee b charged?

But i think this is the party of strategy to fool the customer by keeping no option to reach the customer care
