2.Put down the phone when your children come to you. Work will always be there — your opportunity to raise impressionable young people into mature adults won’t always be there.

1.Discipline is about correction. Don’t discipline your children out of wrath — that shows bad discipline on your part. Discipline when it is necessary not just when it’s convenient. It’s about their correct not your feelings.
