@nickmangwana Though it's a brilliant opportunity for SADC to get more electricity from Congo; perennial instability in DR Congo makes the whole scheme vulnerable & survive at the mercy of Congo Gvt, marooning rebels, and mercenaries.
@MacBelts Chinese, just like some Europeans before, if the come in neo colonialist, exploitative way; they will meet the same fate as our colonialiasts before. The great ancestors of our land will will reject them intoto
@dhonzamusoro007 Unlike the Chinese, Riozim is working with all prerequisite papers & and infrastructure in place such as EAI, fixed accommodation, recreation, and health facilities. Chinese just put movable wooden cabins
@UnathiAfrika This is what Africans (less those in power) have and are still crying for. Alas, those in power do not want to loose those titles such as "President", Prime Minister" etc.
@TrevorNcube Most Chinese are just exploitative nuts. They corrupt their ways into getting anything from Africa, leaving the ground bare. At least the British left some infrastructure schools & hospitals in miming towns.
@TrevorNcube Correct, where many leaders are missing the point is, the socialist China of Mao - when most of our Afrocan current leaders today were waging the liberation wars, is different to today's China, Generations have changed, so are policies and philosophy. Today's China is capitalist!
ZIMBABWE'S BEST TRANSITION... 🤌🏾
➡️ The white fella, Ewan MacMillan, who has been involved in ZANU PF dealings for MANY YEARS, told you with his own mouth, there in the #GoldMafia documentary...
He dismissed Chiwenga as a dunderhead. 🤷🏾♂️
And there YOU are, putting your hopes for a better Nation solely on him??
Gimme a break.
That one has no capacity to lead a modern nation. Just like his boss, ED - he is deficient. 🙄
ED saw early on that he does NOT have what it takes to run a country, and thus has spent the last 7 years opening flea markets and toilet blocks, LOOTING, and cutting ribbons daily. 🎀✂️
He does nothing that a REAL President should be doing.
BUT ... Retired General Chiwenga can still play a positive role though.
It's not too late for him to rescue his legacy.
You see ... any political future for our country that does NOT include the legitimate People’s choice, President Nelson Chamisa, in some capacity - is a futile exercise in recycled failure - and yet another national leap from the frying pan into the FIRE. 🫕 🔥
Whoever is the next leader of ZANU PF must work with Chamisa to build a secure and prosperous Zimbabwe that benefits ALL its citizens...
Yes, including those in ZANU.
A rising tide lifts ALL boats.
It’s time for Zimbabwe to rise. 🇿🇼 🚀
If there is any truth to there being a disgruntled ZANU faction led by Chiwenga (which I don’t necessarily believe to be genuine, since there is no evidence apart from rumours), then Chiwenga should be speaking to Chamisa so that he can be Prime Minister in a GNU, with Chamisa as President. 🤷🏾♂️
That is the best foot forward for our country to start recovering, stabilizing and developing. ✅
He can keep the loot he already has. Who cares? 😌
We just want a FREE country that can start rebuilding its democracy and prosperity.
Let's build a NEW and proud Nation where everyone prospers. 🔄🇿🇼
@ali_naka Even an intelligent & very honest leader will never satisfy Malawians. Expectations are too high by Malawians. GDP of $10,78b for 21,6 million people! Only Jesus Christ could feed 5000 people with a loaf of bread and 2 fish. We don't possess that skill!
@joseph_kalimbwe The Zambian position on Palestine reminds me of the position Malawi took in the 70s when "Front line" states were fighting & supporting for Zim SA, & Namibia's independence
