The greatest battle of all is with yourself—your weaknesses, your emotions, your lack of resolution in seeing things through to the end. You must declare unceasing war on yourself.
There are some examples below, but before you read those questions, here’s a vital part of this: you are not asking these questions with the intention of answering them with your conscious cognitive thinking.
You are asking the questions to yourself with a sense of wonder. You are asking them with feeling, the more feeling the better. Then, leave them out there in your mind. Your brain will seek answers all on its own, even while you’re sleeping, and your brain will create scenarios and actions and good feelings.
Here are a few examples:
I wonder how good I’m going to feel today?
What will it look like to have a good day today?
