Thanks to Blake Doyle, video production at SRS has really taken off! And an MEF grant for a new padcaster, which allows for better filming & sound quality, has allowed them to use video to keep all students & teachers in touch during hybrid learning. Thank you Ms. Doyle!

Christine Vetrano wanted her students to have an alternative to sitting at their desks that would still adhere to COVID regulations. Introducing surf chairs! Students can sit inside or out, and the chairs can be spaced apart for reading and research. Great idea, Mrs. Vetrano! 🍎

Sandy Denty received an MEF emergency COVID mini grant that allowed her students to continue to do hands-on science labs in a safe way. The grant provided gloves for FBMS students to use daily for science projects and experiments in the lab or outdoors. Thank you, Mrs. Denty!🍎

Art teacher Kathryn Hahn received a grant to purchase send-home art supplies for over 1600 pre-K to grade 5 elementary students, providing quality engaging art lessons for students at home learning remotely. Thank you, Mrs. Hahn! 🍎
