The most popular bus route with @Translink_QLD in BNE seems to be “Out of service” with the revised bus routes late, longer in travel time and connecting M1/M2 services seemingly confused which location to stop at within KGS station. Good luck commuters.

A recent trip to USA with @FlyAirNZ was tainted with the severely lacking customer service we received.

Missed connections with their own planes by 10 minutes, intimidation and attitude from the representatives we spoke with on the ground & a lacklustre response to a complaint

@Team_Copa In addition to rude, unhelpful staff at PTY, your incompetent staff listed my son TWICE on the manifest which further delayed our entry into LAX for our connecting flight.

During the flight, a flight attendant hit my wife’s seat with a trolley, almost hitting my son.

@CopaAirlines is the WORST airline I’ve travelled with - poor customer service, lack of courtesy or care for those travelling with children and whose incompetence caused unnecessary delays at immigration at #LAX - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The @brisbanecityqld bus driver we have been blessed with randomly gets off the bus, supposedly as there is a time issue, only to return minutes later, cigarette in hand, advising there isn’t a time stop. Further on, he stops randomly to address commuters waiting for another bus
