I have now spent £544 on tickets that are not what I want? I cannot use the tickets that have been purchased beacuse they are not the tickets that were listed for sale? The lady has contacted me and is lovely however this is both out of our control I would like my money back? .

@tixelofficial I bought tickets off a lovely lady however the tickets were listed as 3 day non camping tickets and now she has sent me confirmation and they are 2 day camping tickets? She said she pulled the information through Ticketmaster however it’s wrong on your website?…
