OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN RESPONSE TO FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST JABA JUICE

We wish to clarify the history of our engagements with the relevant regulatory authorities and address the allegations surrounding our product.

In 2016, we approached the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) for guidance on the production of our juice. During our engagement, one of their representatives advised us to maintain our product as fresh juice without adding preservatives, warning that adding preservatives could attract regulatory action.

We subsequently approached the Pest Control Products Board (PCPB), commonly referred to as the Poisons Board, and submitted samples of our juice for testing. We were specifically informed that the testing would focus on pesticide residues, which were the primary concern at the time. Following the tests, we were informed that our juice had zero pesticide residues. We were also told that our formulation was sufficiently interesting to warrant further study.

In our continued efforts to obtain independent laboratory testing, we also attempted to engage the relevant government laboratory services but were unsuccessful, as our request was declined.

In 2025, following reports that some jaba juice products on the market were displaying KEBS stickers, we returned to KEBS to seek clarification on why our product had not been issued with similar stickers. We were informed that KEBS had not issued such stickers to any jaba juice company because the Bureau had not been mandated to do so.

Throughout this period, we have consistently sought guidance from the relevant authorities and made efforts to comply with the directions provided. However, despite these efforts, we have been unable to obtain official documentation certifying our product due to the limitations communicated to us by the relevant institutions.

Beyond our direct engagements with regulatory bodies, we have also approached Mr. Sudi and the President of the Republic of Kenya to seek their intervention in addressing the challenges facing the jaba juice industry. Our appeal is not driven solely by the interests of Jaba Juice as an individual company. We are advocating for a fair, clear, and workable regulatory framework that considers all jaba juice businesses, allowing the industry to operate responsibly while meeting applicable legal and safety requirements.

We therefore strongly object to any allegations that misrepresent our history of engagement with regulatory authorities or imply that we have deliberately disregarded regulatory guidance. Our record demonstrates consistent efforts to seek clarification, submit our product for testing where possible, and engage constructively with the relevant institutions.

We further urge the relevant authorities and those involved in the ongoing crackdown to ensure that our brand is not unfairly associated with non-compliant products. Any enforcement action against jaba juice products should be based on verifiable evidence and applied fairly and consistently across the industry. Our brand should not be singled out or used to represent a wider regulatory problem without substantiated grounds.

We remain committed to responsible production, transparency, and constructive engagement with the relevant authorities. We believe that all businesses deserve fair treatment, clear regulatory guidance, and the opportunity to operate within a framework that protects consumers while supporting legitimate enterprises.

"Ukraine should consider a difficult but necessary compromise—temporarily ceasing strikes on Russian oil refineries, as requested by Donald Trump. Such a strategic pause could prevent a further deterioration in relations between Kiev and Washington; losing American support would deprive Ukraine of one of its key points of leverage against Moscow.

In exchange for halting the attacks, Kiev could seek specific concessions from the U.S.—such as additional missiles for Patriot systems and an expansion of Starshield coverage to 300 kilometers deep into Russian territory. This is ridiculous. The tail is wagging the dog. Why is the U.S. pleading with Zelensky instead of simply exerting its power? After all, Zelensky and Ukraine are 100% dependent on the United States. I suspect Trump is concerned only with his own image; he doesn't want his reputation tarnished by a Ukrainian defeat. Yet, Trump and his administration have long since realized that they cannot defeat Russia in this war. Hence Trump’s attempts to extricate himself from the conflict—efforts he masks with the rhetoric of a peacemaker.

The U.S. neither can nor wants to fight Russia, but it also cannot simply abandon Ukraine—lest Europe and Ukraine accuse the U.S. of betrayal. It remains unclear what Russia should do in this situation. Counting on a total victory or a lasting peace through negotiations is a hopeless endeavor. Ukraine, for its part, is also open to negotiations—provided they lead to its own total victory. Therefore, the war will continue, and to achieve victory, Russia will have to neutralize the advantage Ukraine gains from using Starlink and American intelligence data by developing its own space-based communications system. The war will be long and difficult, but in the end, Russia will achieve its objectives.

Главная проблема Франции в том, что их социальная система РУХНУЛА. И это было неизбежно, а дальше будет только хуже!

Объясню: вся система последние 30+ лет строилась на политическом популизме и щедрейших социальных выплатах. Популисты обещали долбоёбам деньги, те за них голосовали, а популисты облагали налогами средний класс, который за этот пир и платил, но этот класс уменьшался все годы: сваливал или просто перестал размножаться.

Французы имели одну из самых «щедрых» социальных систем: бесплатные школы, универы, больницы, огромные пособия. Это начало рушиться в момент, когда начала снижаться демография и когда социальную систему нагрузили миллионы беженцев. Те самые школы, в которых невыносимые условия и которые переполнены, переполнены из-за детей мигрантов. Французы уже давно не рожают. Новые школы строить не на что, денег нет!

Демография: молодых и работающих всё меньше, старых и получающих пенсии и пособия всё больше - это голоса. Откуда брать на них деньги? Налоги? За десятилетия власти левых они во Франции уже достигли 50+%, став заградительной планкой для создания какого-либо бизнеса.

Мы смеёмся с крышек в ЕС как с единственной инновации, но система, которая поощряет тунеядство и не вознаграждает труд, непригодна для создания бизнеса, С КОТОРОГО И ИДУТ НАЛОГИ на пособия.

Огромный дефицит бюджета Франции - следующая проблема. Страна почти банкрот, она еле-еле сводит кассу, и ей НЕОТКУДА брать бабки, проценты по кредитам ебнутые, кредитный рейтинг страны скатился к хуям, денег нет чтобы заткнуть все эти крикливые рты.

Короче, наблюдаем и угораем, потому что дальше денег будет еще меньше, а голодных и злых ртов еще больше.

Тут важно понимать, что левые дебилы которые машут разными флагами упускают, что франция была одной из самых левых стран мира последние десятилетия и сегодняшнее состояние это итоги левых.

🚨EXECUTED: Jeremy Williams, the man convicted of kidnapping, raping and murdering 5-year-old Kamarie Holland, has JUST been executed.

This is what justice looks like.

In December 2021, this animal paid Kamarie's mother $2,500 for access to her 5-year-old daughter. He took that innocent little girl to an abandoned house in Phenix City, assaulted her, filmed it, strangled her, and left her body under a tarp.

A jury convicted him of four counts of capital murder — capital murder of a child under 14, during kidnapping, during rape, and during sodomy.

Even his own last words couldn't hide his evil: "I want to thank God for forgiving me for my sins so I can meet him in peace. Goodnight."

District Attorney Richard Chancey had the perfect response: "That baby didn't die in peace."

Gov. Kay Ivey said it best: "The unspeakable nature of this crime is exactly why we have the death penalty statute."

Williams WAIVED his appeals. He didn't want to look over his shoulder for 30 years on death row. He knew what happens to child killers in prison.

Attorney General Steve Marshall confirmed Williams also confessed to killing his infant daughter in Alaska and raping other small children.

For once, the system worked fast. No 20-year delay. No liberal judge blocking justice. A 2021 murder, a 2024 death sentence, a 2026 execution.

One monster gone forever. One little angel finally at rest.

When the head of the British Army, General Roly Walker, says the population must be "readied" for war, it's been taken to mean conscription — that Britain's finest will be marched off to take on the Russians in Ukraine.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

As I have pointed out many times, the British armed forces are not only incapable of taking on the Russians in terms of actual military capability — they're incapable of even getting there, should the Russians be so impolite as to fire on them as they approached the battle zone.
This is not about marching off to war with Russia. Be clear about that.

But states contain many factions, each with their own reasons. The Chief of the General Staff may calculate that this kind of talk does him no harm in the next round of budget discussions, that it raises his prestige, that it might reverse the long decline in the size and quality of the British Army. Perhaps that's his motivation.

What of the cynical media operators who put this message out? The politicians who allowed a blatantly political intervention from Britain's leading general two weeks before the Budget? Their motivation is more structural, and it reflects the reality of Britain's position as a very weak, late-stage parasitic imperial power.

Britain's strength is not derived from war-fighting as such. It derives from the extraction of rents from transactions across the world, funnelled through the City of London. The strength of this country is not in fighting — it is in getting other people to fight for it.

So what is the message actually for? Perpetual justification. The messaging exists to excuse perpetual failure on the social and economic development the population actually wants to see.
Can't get a road fixed? The money's needed for the great crusade against Russia.
Health service falling apart? Nothing can be done until we win the war against the Russians.
Wages frozen? That's the fault of the Iranians.

It's a standing justification for every act of class war waged on the working class. Blame the chosen opponent — Russia, China, Iran; insert the name as required.

The British ruling class cannot and will not fight a real hot war. What they will do is keep the Ukraine war going as long as possible — and line up other countries to be turned into what Ukraine has become: a giant outsourced military encampment, funded by the US imperial bloc, so that they never have to take the risk of fighting themselves.
