My son is on a ventilator. And 6 other types of electrical health equipment with 24/7 care. My bills have gone from 400 a month to nearly 1000. I am his full-time carer on universal credit. This can't continue! Please do something!

@SkyUK got my link to order glass yesterday only to be told I failed the credit check. Why isn't it done on an equipment loan basis as is the rest? Now I can't upgrade after 6 years I will be leaving sky. Has been to expensive for a while and only held on with them for glass.

@VaxUK do not buy a vac air purifier from this company. It clearly states on there website 2 year guarantee. Mine is 16 months old has broken down and because I didn't fill out a bit of paper in 3 months my warranty is void. Con!

@HotpointUK discussing.. I have a dryer less than 12 months old. I can get anyone out until the 16th to repair it. I have explained we have a disabled child and need to keep up with the washing and nobody seems to care. Shocking. Do not buy a Hotpoint appliance!!!
