@prosocialplace @RichardWellings Yes, places aren't just through routes, but rather than coercion & enforcement, far better to use design & education (and a new driving test) to achieve the desired low speeds and compliance without resentment. Also, as a trade-off, to let us choose our own speeds on open roads
