Hello. Still waiting for a reply on this one. I'll rephrase the question. Is it true all the platform lights need to be on even during the daytime to allow safe driver only operation of the new train doors?

Hello, do you have any more information on our exchange yesterday about why the New Malden platform lights are on during the daytime? You claimed they had to be on to allow the trains to run which is clearly ridiculous. BtW they are not on at Wimbledon or Waterloo for example.

@SW_Help Also, the lights may well be energy efficient, but these if energy can be further halved if they are turned off during daylight hours

@SW_Help hello I don't know if this is the correct place but I've sent you 2 emails over the past month and nothing has happened - The platform lighting at New Malden is on 24/7 wasting a lot of electricity during the day.

@SW_Help I'm sorry. You'll have to explain more. Are you saying that even in bright sunny weather in the middle of the day your trains can't run unless all the platform lighting is on?

@HMSQNLZ I am confused. Yesterday your AIS showed you in Loch Long on the West Coast of Scotland. Today it shows you off St Andrews on the E Coast. You may be a great aircraft carrier but I don't believe the ship can fly. How is this possible? What has happened to your AIS data?
