The govt wants all funds in one basket and make it easy to get that fund instead of dealing with individual saccos. That's the problem and it increases exposure. KUSCO

The current sha is very raw deal considering the medical allowance plus the sha deduction are used to fund the sha.Currently the outpatient scheme is not available for civil servants. What's the solution?
