@MarkMontieth Purdue grad/fan here: I think it’s always dumb for a new A.D. or coach to throw shade at a rival at the introductory press conference. Even more so when that rival is the reigning national champion.
@Schultz975 While I admit that it doesn’t make a lot of sense, neither does replacing the common sense & appropriate word “sprinkles” with “jimmies”. Especially if you consider the alternative items which are referred to as jimmies.
@jakequery This is one of the few topics/areas in which you seem uninterested in attempting to tone down any bias. That team was transformational and not winning the Big 10 doesn’t diminish the feat of making the final game two years in a row.
@College_hooops@ZachSchumaker Clearly you are used to soft players getting calls every time they are touched in Ass. Hall. You seem to be implying that if one player is blocking out, the other player can’t create any contact that moves the blocking out player at all? Completely wrong.
@jakequery I see your point but they’ve rejected it numerous times recently. At least on those occasions it seemed that the reason was “because we are Indiana”.
@jakequery@hami90368232 I’d argue that Braden is about as close (it does depend on whether we’re talking JUST college career) to Isiah as Cheaney is to Mount.
@Schultz975 To play devil’s advocate, you’ve previously stated your importance on MVPs. Wayne wasn’t the best WR on his team for a majority of his career.
Shoutout to @HSEGirlsBball for getting the W, to @HSEAthletics for raising money to fund cancer research, & to @KKennedyHolman for the assists record & for being kind enough to make a memory for two future Royals!
