@DavidSchmid1 It's a wonderful album and one I've always thought of as their actual debut album, rather than The Smiths, although I love that as well. Hatful of Hollow though... This Night Has Opened My Eyes, Back to the Old House are two particular favourites.

@DrEilidhMaria Thank you for this. It took me until my late 50s and counselling to understand how many of my problems were attributable to my mother's narcissism. Stopping contact with her was the best thing I could've done. I just wished I'd done it earlier in my life. Take care.

@OUmusicpod Their first album is a real favourite, Did You Miss Me?, The Lake, Amber, Murder Song...all just brilliant. Great tracks on the others as well and, yes, they were exhilarating live.

@looksunfamiliar Go For Broke was a great game. The board was simple and the roulette and race track were good fun and fairly safe bets to lose a bit more. We never got to grips with Escape from Colditz. My dad said it was probably easier to break out from the actual camp than play it properly.
