@Blackcornish @typesfaster Ironically NYC is also one of the only places on earth where my phone has struggled. EE in the UK to T-Mobile. Patchy at best. Travel around Europe, Australia and other places in the US frequently and up until the last 2/3 years has been awful.

@rawespresso I disagree, only for the fact that habits are built in those formative years that last a lifetime. It's much easier to invest £100 a month on your 20s and avoid lifestyle creep in your 30s that suddenly start investing £1000 a month in your 30s cold turkey. Habits are essential.

I love the city. But the reality is that it is, and feels way more dangerous than London. It's not even close.
