@SethJamesDeMoor @Marathon_Mcr Manchester will have the field in its favour. It’s a trial race for Commonwealth Games / European Champs. There will be a lot of runners 2:10-2:20 range. Paris / Rotterdam will have lots of 2:05 guys but not as great as depth in between.

@RichardHeartWin Lack of exercise will also tell you your hearts out of shape. The solutions are obvious. Interesting to see different cultures data though. The real game changers would be having some data which identifies potential underlying heart conditions which standard BPM doesn’t pick up.
