In modern Christianity, you'll hear "love" 1000 times, before you hear "repent" 1 time.

However, Elijah, Isaiah. Jonah. Jeremiah, & most other O.T. prophets preached repentance.

John the Baptist, Jesus, & the disciples preached repentance.

The message has not changed.

Believers - at your workplace:

1. Don't complain
2. Watch your words
3. Encourage others
4. Pray for your team
5. Walk away from gossip
6. Work like it's worship
7. Do everything with excellence

Honor Christ in all you do.

The Church must:

- Make disciples,
not consumers.
- Preach the Bible,
not opinions.
- Plan theological worship services,
not theatrical ones.
- Make Jesus famous,
not ourselves.
- Expand God’s Kingdom,
not our brand.
- Be ambassadors of Christ,
not causes.

[The Biblical Man @Biblicalman]

The congregation doesn't need your coffee joke.

They buried someone this week.

They're sitting in pews with divorce papers in their glovebox.
Kids who won't speak to them.
Test results they haven't opened.

They drove past three churches to hear you say something that costs you something.

So open the Book.

Forget the illustration you found on Google.
Skip the movie clip.
Kill the countdown timer on your outline.

Preach like a man possessed.
Preach like you'll answer for every wasted syllable.
Preach like their blood is on your hands.

Because it is.

The pulpit isn't a stage.

It's a witness stand...

Voddie Baucham:

"All the gospel requires is repentance and faith. That's it. Nothing else. Some of you are going, 'Well, what about obedience?' That's not what the gospel requires, it's what the gospel produces."

[Brett Favre @BrettFavre]

For more than 20 years I put my hands up in celebration on the gridiron.

Now, I put my hands up to the One that gave me all my talents and abilities — the King of my life, Jesus Christ.

I’ve never claimed to be perfect, but my aim is for the direction of my life to honor Christ and I pray my faith increases.

So I do want to wish you all a Merry Christmas, whether you’re solo, with family, or friends, and if you haven’t done so, put your faith in Him who can save, Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 2:8-9

[8] For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, [9] not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

All work and some play! My job title may have changed, but so did the location of the stapler 🤷🏻‍♂️😆

This was SOOO much fun!! 👏
I love what I get to do 😁😂

@RealLAKnight We have had the opportunity to share whose game this is with our student body over the past few years! Just thought you should know 😂

[Shane Pruitt @shane_pruitt78]

I’ve heard this testimony so many times lately from teens and young adults:

“Social media had me convinced that I was gay or trans. However, I started following Jesus and reading my Bible and realized I was believing a lie!”

God’s Truth is always better than the world’s lies!

[Shane Pruitt @shane_pruitt78]

Instead of worrying about young people, pray for them.

Instead of complaining about young people, build a relationship with them.

Instead of giving up on young people, share the Gospel with them.

Instead of criticizing young people, disciple them.

[Kyle Wagner @GowagsKyle]

“Tough” players are so misunderstood.

Tough is running out an infield pop up.
Tough is going 0-15 and still being a good teammate.
Tough is overcoming a missed 2-2 pitch.
Tough is competing when every fiber in your body says it’s not worth it.

That’s tough!!!

Question: If the Church is raptured, who will preach the gospel during the Tribulation?

MacArthur: "It'll be preached by 144,000 Jews according to Revelation 7. It'll be preached by 2 powerful witnesses according to Revelation 11. It'll be preached by an angel flying in the sky"
