@panospam @ragipsoylu 1940 the Nazis were not participating in Winter War. Soviet invasion attempt was supported by the Molotov-Ribbentrop deal secret part where Soviet and Germany divided the countries in between them. How thing then continued in 1941 and who chose what can be debated.
