In the next edition of @LeagueExpress @RichdelaRiviere interviews @Marathon_Man365 Gary McKee about his incredible achievement of running 365 marathons in 2022. It's an amazing interview that reveals Gary's incredible determination and compassion. Go to https://t.co/hMuVbhBXur.
Everyone at Salford Red Devils are saddened to hear about the sudden passing of Logan Holgate.
Logan played for our U18s pathway alongside @hensingham_arl and was set to move up to the reserve team this season.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at such a sad time.
Here is the front page of the new edition of @LeagueExpress. 'The New Professionals' - women players take centre stage. It's a historic issue, I suggest. Get your copy, either online or from a newsagent.
Very sorry to hear of the death of Bob Ashby, the Chairman of @FevRoversRLFC when they won the Challenge Cup in 1983 and subsequently the Chairman of the RFL. A great lover of Rugby League who always had a nice sense of humour. My condolences to his family. RIP Bob
The two articles are in fact very different, as anyone can see with a cursory glance. Here is your piece: https://t.co/GppguDo0Qi. And here is Callum's: https://t.co/mky0B6KCly.
@amysutcliffe_ @Six_Again@MartynSadler Mine isn't word for word, but it amounts to the same thing, he has changed some of the wording, and added some bits, but it is basically the same article on the same subject that I published on my website yesterday
A blind man can see the difference. Callum wasn't aware of your article but clearly with IMG at the helm, the identity of the competition and the clubs will be a hot debating point. It's hardly surprising that there will be a focus on club names from several directions.
The new edition of @LeagueExpress - the first of 2023 - is now with the printers. In the meantime here is the front page. Let's get ready for a great year of Rugby League.
And it was mission accomplished. When we talk about people who should be recognised for what they have done, Gary should be at the front of the queue. I believe he's now raised more than a million for charity. To call him Superman is almost to understate his achievement.
Happy New Year to everyone and may your team win the title or promotion in 2023! @LeagueExpress will be out as normal in the shops tomorrow and online this evening.
Congratulations to former Super League CEO Robert Elstone in being awarded an MBE in the New Year's Honours List. But there's a yawning gap where Kevin Sinfield's name should be. Perhaps he turned down his knighthood!
