@cromaretail The delay in delivery has costed me 1 day leave at my workplace.
I received the call from social media teamsaying there was some issue due to which the delivery was delayed.
Kindly let me know reason why it was delayed and more so why it was informed to me about the delay ?

@cromaretail@cromaretail There was no mention of installation charges while ordering. Now the installation team from Hitachi saying they will charge 550 Rs.
pls note i will not pay installation charges since they were not mentioned while ordering

Bought product 31 Aug & booked installation for 5 Sep 9 am
I had got 3 repeat calls for confirming date n time but on day of installation nobody turned up.
Highly irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour
Also the customer care execs disconnecting calls (1/n)

@SUBWAY This is a very good way to lose loyal customers. Sending offer messages bt stores are not ready to honour offer. Straight away declining to give any offer. Highly disappointing and very unprofessional way to get customers back to your store. I am blacklisting subway.
