Introducing Marvel Mentorship & Advisory. A personalized player mentorship and family advisory practice for serious baseball players and their families. My name is James Marvel, and after a 9-year professional baseball career, including time in the MLB, I have a deeply personal understanding of what it takes to grow through this game. I use baseball to help young men grow into the best versions of themselves — on and off the field. I work with players and families across everything from championship mindset building and college recruiting to life skills and character development, family guidance, and injury navigation. The baseball journey is too important to navigate alone. Baseball has the power to shape a young man's life — as a player, and a person. But it doesn't happen by accident. It happens intentionally, and with the right people around the player and his family.
