@VarunPande68368@theicai Depends on the role you're getting and the payscale for that role. If the culture is good, it makes sense to choose that over the more neutral options.
@VarunPande68368@theicai The first shortlisting shall be done by 17th August. No updates on campus until then. Off campus I have a few offers and interviews lined up.
@ben_tension10@theicai Well, keep reminding yourself that only three months are left for exams and you have to do well no matter what. Try taking five minute walk whenever you feel unfocused.
@Trisha78237817@theicai And well, if you know courses like CFA always have level 3 pass % 35-40% and the level 1 % are never more than 15%. And that's how it should be. You should be given leverage of the time you've devoted to a course. Period.
Yesterday, CA foundation results came out. It is good that ICAI is trying to reduce the number of entrants and increase the qualified. We work for 2/3 long years before becoming eligible to give the exam, institute is finally acknowledging the fact.

@Trisha78237817@theicai Hahaha.. well, I don't see why people who couldn't clear/couldn't give exams are so jealous of the ones who studied hard, saw the opportunity and grabbed it. If it was so easy to pass this attempt, why wasn't the percentage 100. I don't see a point arguing with you anyway.
@soleduniaath @theicai True. And we should also keep acquiring required skills. Becoming CA is not enough, continuously learning and growing is required in every profession.
@Trisha78237817@theicai CA inter results are also reducing tbh.. A person who has worked this hard and came to finals, should be respected and passing percentage should be around 20-25%, so that the hard workers aren't let down.
